Each Concordix® chewable tablet contains:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 300 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 60 mg Lutein 5 mg Zeaxanthin 1 mg

Other Ingredients: Xylitol, purified water, sorbitol, gelatin, trisodium citrate, malic acid, natural strawberry, orange and lemon flavors, ascorbic acid, medium chain triglycerides.

How to use:
