All products are shipped internationally from New Zealand, and there are no other routes. Currently available delivery range: Taiwan (Free shipping for orders over a certain amount to Taiwan), Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.

For Taiwan, we use international shipping followed by local delivery . For other countries, we use a single flat rate . We will arrange the appropriate logistics or courier for you . All shipments include a logistics tracking number and shipping insurance , and can be tracked throughout the process . If you are unable to check the status of your order yourself , please contact customer service .

Shipping from New Zealand to Taiwan primarily utilizes a centralized shipping route. Our company handles taxes and customs clearance , so Taiwanese buyers are not responsible for any additional taxes . Except for duty-free routes , we do not cover any additional customs fees or import duties incurred in other countries ; these are the responsibility of the buyer . All orders must be paid for online at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery for cross-border purchases.

1. Shopping Process:

Step 1. Choose your product

Find the product you need by categorizing or searching, then click "Add to Cart. " Next, you can choose to continue shopping or check out. Before checking out, you can register as a member . Enter your username and password to complete your membership login . This allows you to enjoy store promotions such as accumulated spending and any shopping rewards . If you don't want to register as a member, you can check out as a guest.

Step 2. Enter information

Confirm the shopping details and fill in the payer and recipient information.
Please be sure to fill in your delivery information correctly so that you can receive the goods smoothly within the delivery period! (Please note that if the recipient information is from Taiwan, please leave the Chinese version throughout the process to facilitate the sorting operation).

Step 3. Complete your order

Once the order is confirmed and sent, the system will take you to the order completion page and send a notification email to your email address. You can check the order in "Member Center/Purchase History".

2. Arrival Date:

Please note that this is not a stock item in Taiwan. The product will arrive after payment is confirmed, and it is expected to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. The delivery time may be affected by special circumstances such as holidays, climate impacts, customs inspections, etc. Please understand that there will be delays in delivery. Orders are prepared and shipped by New Zealand. Taiwan arranges a unified collection time every week. International shipments are not single shipments, and urgent orders cannot be accepted. Please inform the arrival time before purchasing. (Some products may need to be adjusted and the arrival time may vary. If the goods cannot be shipped at the same time, the goods that arrive first will be shipped first. Thank you for your understanding. . )

3. Payment Methods:

Only credit cards are accepted for payment.

Four ．Order modification or cancellation?

Please note that after order confirmation , customers cannot modify the items and quantities in the order midway. If you want to cancel the entire order Please contact and cancel within 12 hours after placing the order , refunds will be returned to the original card payment bank The actual refund will be based on the bank's operation .
