Harker Herbals Intestinal Cleanse is a gentle intestinal cleanser made with 12 powerful herbs and natural essential oils selected for their medicinal and healing properties. It supports healthy digestion, increases energy levels, and suppresses parasites. A clean intestine helps absorb essential minerals and nutrients from food, and since most immune cells reside in the intestine, it provides a healthy environment for them.

Directions

Shake the bottle well before taking the dose.

We recommend adults take 10-20 ml each time, 3 to 4 times a day, 1 hour before meals. Drink enough water during the day.

If you have not taken a bowel cleanser before, reduce the dose to 1/4 to 1/2 of the original dose for the first 2-3 days . This will help your body adapt. Then gradually increase the dose to 5-10 ml per dose.

If you prefer, each dose can be mixed into a tea by adding 50ml of boiled water.

We recommend 4 colon cleansing sessions of 7-14 days per year. Usually, 14 days is enough for a person of average health.

Intensive 6- week course: Take 20 ml every hour from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, every 7 days . Take another dose 1 hour after lunch . Continue for 6 weeks.
