Ingredients: Skim milk powder, whole milk powder [whole milk powder, [emulsifier (soy lecithin)], maltodextrin, sugar, natural flavors, vitamins and minerals (magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, zinc, niacin, selenium, vitamin A, chromium, manganese, vitamin D, vitamin B6, molybdenum, thiamine, iodine, copper, nuclease). Vegetable gum (guar gum).
Contains milk, soy.

Directions: Quickly and easily prepare with 200ml of water. Fill a glass or cup a quarter cup with cold water. Add 55g of Vitaplan® (approximately 9 level spoons) and stir well. Continue stirring while adding the remaining water to the cup. For best results, use a blender or shaker cup.
