Bioisland DHA Australian Infant Algae Oil DHA 60 capsules

Extracted from Schizochytrium algae, it's rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), essential omega-3 fatty acids. DHA plays an important role in brain, nervous system, and visual development during pregnancy and after birth. DHA not only supports early visual development in infancy but also helps maintain healthy vision in children and adults.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 100mg of algal oil DHA

Applicable people:
Babies can eat it from 28 days old until adults and the elderly

Directions:
Babies 28 days to 6 years old: take 1 capsule daily
Children aged 7-12 years take 2 capsules daily. Adults, including pregnant women, take 2-3 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take with meals.

For children under 4 years old, twist or cut the end of the capsule and squeeze the liquid into a spoon. Feed the liquid to your baby with a spoon or add it directly to food.
For babies under 2 years old, the tail of the capsule should be unscrewed and the liquid inside should be squeezed into the baby's mouth or added to food.
